This luxurious 6-person apartment is located at the popular FlamencaVillage resort. It is situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca. Everything is within walking distance. Heated and unheated outdoor swimming pools for both adults and children, jacuzzis, decorative fountains, a chill-out lounge with a dry bar and a wet bar integrated into the swimming pool, a pergola with terrace, a fitness room with a glass façade offering panoramic views, a gym and a sauna.

The apartment

The apartment is tastefully decorated. The apartment is fully furnished, and both the interior and the garden/terrace are equipped with all modern conveniences. You have a view of the beautifully landscaped gardens of Flamenca Village resort, and the garden has many shaded areas where you can relax. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and other appliances. If you want to cook for yourself, that is no problem at all. The apartment has a separate laundry room with a dryer, washing machine, mop and vacuum cleaner.

The property offers 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. These can be placed next to each other if desired. The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower.

The property can be cooled and heated by means of integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathroom has underfloor heating in case it gets cold. The property has very fast Wi-Fi and TV. The underground private car park can be reached by lift and/or stairs.

The resort

Flamenca Village resort offers many luxurious communal facilities, including 4 swimming pools, 1 of which has a bar, 2 large heated swimming pools, children's pools, a playground, a jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna and a wellness centre. In addition to the attractive gardens, there are also sunbathing areas.

The surrounding area offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and other entertainment venues. In the nearby towns, there are many tapas bars and restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine. A Mercadona supermarket is located 100 metres from the apartment. Every Saturday, Playa Flamenca has a great flea market with fruit and vegetables and many other items, just 500 metres away.

The surroundings

La Zenia Boulevard, your complete shopping and entertainment experience. Zenia Boulevard is the largest shopping centre in Orihuela Costa and one of the most visited tourist attractions in the region, thanks in part to a packed calendar of social events that runs throughout the year.

Zenia Boulevard, a commercial haven for both hardcore consumers and casual window shoppers, boasts a spectacular 161,000 m2 of beautiful shopping paradise. More than 150 shops representing global and national Spanish brands are spread over multiple floors, navigated via avenues that wind around the shopping complex. Centrally located is a spacious square with many entertainment and dining options.

A few kilometres from the resort are three excellent 18-hole golf courses: Golf Villamartín, Real Club de Golf de Campoamor and Golf Las Ramblas de Campoamor.

A short walk will allow you to swim at the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Flamenca. Playa La Zenia, Playa Punta Prima, Cala Las Estacas and Cala Capitán are other nearby options in Orihuela Costa. These beaches offer plenty of recreation and relaxation, as well as the opportunity to practise water sports. Playa Flamenca is one of the main growth areas in Orihuela Costa. It has an extensive range of services, including public transport, some of the main supermarkets and various leisure and gastronomic options. All the services necessary for daily life can be found close to the development: supermarkets, restaurants, transport services, etc. Furthermore, the towns of Torrevieja and Orihuela and the city of Pilar de La Horadada are very close by.
